Need a place to entertain the kids? The playground is located right next to the pool area for maximum supervision of your children.

Like to cook? Enjoy BBQ grills and have a party with your family and friends.

Sports fans? Shorewalk offers 2 lighted tennis courts and 1 basketball court for your enjoyment.

Gone fishing? Shorewalk has 6 stocked fishing lakes that operate on a catch and release program. Fish from the shore or from one of the bridges located on the property.

Golfers? Numerous golf courses are located nearby for a good game of 18 holes. There is even a golf course directly across the street.

Hop on the free trolley which stops just steps away and enjoy the many restaurants, shops and beaches.

2 Bedroom; 2 Bathroom (sleeps 6) (1268 sq ft.) - Bedding arrangements vary, all properties contain two bedrooms plus den with sofa bed for maximum occupancy.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment (sleeps 4) - All Apartments are individually furnished, bedrooms will either have queen or twin beds.
 

Escape to the peaceful shores of the island and stay in this beachfront condo. The property has a newly renovated kitchen and bath with granite counter tops, new cabinets and all new appliances. The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious, with a breakfast bar that can seat up to four as well as a dining area that can seat up to six guests. The ocean view lounge has two sofas, a TV and a door that leads out to additional balcony seating.

2 Bedroom; 1 Bathroom Condo (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and access to balcony / Bedroom 2: 2 double beds

The open plan living area includes sofas, a dining area with seating for up to six guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with high seating for two. The master suite comes with a king bed, TV, ensuite and a small seating area with ocean views. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, shared bathroom and a small seating area with ocean views. The second bedroom also includes a pull down double bed which can be used if needed

Anna Maria Island is an unspoiled paradise just one hour south of Tampa, at the mouth of Tampa Bay. It is far enough from the city to be uncrowded, yet close enough to take advantage of the amenities of the City, like major league sports, theatre etc. Anna Maria is a 7.5 mile long barrier island. Whether you want a relaxing beach holiday or a busy fun filled holiday with activities such as golfing, biking, parasailing, jet skiing or kayaking, Anna Maria Island certainly caters for all family needs!

From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, to the large TV in the living room, the fully equipped kitchen; nothing has been spared when decorating this home. You will not want for anything more when it comes to the amenities and the quality of vacation that you will experience. Pick your water enjoyment: Bayside or Gulf beaches! Walk, drive, bike or hire a gold cart up to the north-end beaches of Bean Point, Pine Avenue restaurants, and upmarket stores. Stroll down to the north-end of the Island and the stunning Gulf coast beaches.

The poolside patio is another great spot to relax, or take a refreshing swim in the water-fall pool. There are comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table for evening meals. Enjoy evenings poolside with all the mood lighting throughout the garden, a beautiful hang-out area after a hard day at the beach. A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. This beautiful, centrally located 3 Bedroom; 2.5 Bathroom House has 1612 square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of island vacationing. Up to six guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out.

Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic pool area. A tropical oasis offers a stunning 16 ft by 12 ft pool and spa, rinse off after time at the beach in the outdoor shower. A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. The bonus area just by the pool offers a ping pong table complete with TV.

From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade a pool umbrella covers one end of the pool with a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax. A spa offers additional water fun amid palm trees galore. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenge your fellow vacationers to a round of ping pong in the ground level bonus area while watching your favorite sport show.

There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway. Tesla charging station available.

Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, north of Pine Avenue on beautiful Anna Maria Island, This home is a spectacular beach retreat. Looking like an Old Florida beach house on the outside, the interior has been remodeled to make a stunning, comfortable family home.

This three bedroom/two and half bathroom pool home is perfect for a couple or a large family. The living area has an open plan, views out to the pool and gulf. A bright kitchen with breakfast bar and don't forget that fabulous view of the Gulf.

Step outside the living area onto the enormous, pool deck, with views over the warm turquoise Gulf waters. With sun loungers, large couch, and dining area, which is a great dinner spot if you decide to stay home to take a break from all the tasty eating spots to be found on the island.

Step outside into the pool deck and covered patio area to relax, swim, and enjoy the sun. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. The beach access is right in your back yard.

3 Bedroom; 2.5 Bathroom Home (sleeps 6) (1890 sq ft approx.) -

Escape into this home's backyard oasis which includes a gorgeous pool, spa, and pool bar. Play corn hole or just chill out by the fire pit and take in the canal breezes. Open all the slider doors to the downstairs game room for an amazing indoor/outdoor flow and a perfect spot for watching games and playing pool and table shuffleboard. Enjoy 1 gigabyte speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The upstairs features an open floor plan that will amaze you with custom details throughout and canal views from the main living area. The natural light that shines through the home is so calming and relaxing.

The backyard of this property is beautifully landscaped and very private with an outdoor undercover seating area. Relax in the 278 sq ft pool as you listen to the breeze through the Australian Pines. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65.

The property includes the use of the two-car garage. In addition to the garage, there are four exterior parking spots available for use.
